As a Costume Designer for both Film and Television, Kiersten has been working in the industry for over 20 years. Her Latest work includes BLINK TWICE, the directorial debut of Zoë Kravitz, a twisted stylish thriller and a period drama, LILLY, starring Patricia Clarkson as Fair Pay Activist Lilly Ledbetter. She has designed costumes for Television shows like SUPERGIRL and YOU,  as well as Sundance Film Fest features like Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter and To The Stars. Starting her career in Minneapolis, MN in commercials, her desire to work in narrative filmmaking called her to Los Angeles. Working with some of the most talented and skilled professionals, she has been able to carve out her own path. Dedicated to her pursuit of using Costumes as tool to communicate a story and incite emotion, she is able to use her deep knowledge of the craft to help develop characters and collaborate in the visual storytelling. From working on the difficult and meticulous costumes for superheroes, to the restrained and elegant silhouettes of a period drama, she continues to find new ways to build a world that is unique to each project.
